I first discovered Lingua Ignota's work through a youtube review on her prior record on The Needle Drop's channel. At the time, it was too intense for me to dive into. After seeing hype about her most recent album, I decided it was time to jump in and give it a listen. The undertones definitely push through a lot religious conflict and in a way trauma. I can see how this can be cathartic for people.
